Este premio alcanza su cuarta edici\u00f3n con el objetivo de promocionar a cocineros de alto nivel pero que no cuentan con el apoyo medi\u00e1tico y el reconocimiento del que disponen los m\u00e1s grandes. Restaurante \u201cCasa Marcial\u201d. (Zona Galicia- Asturias-Cantabria)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1ngel Le\u00f3n. Restaurante \u201cAponiente\u201d (Zona Andaluc\u00eda- Extremadura-Canarias-Ceuta y Melilla)<\/li>\n<li>Gorka Txapartegui. Restaurante \u201cAlameda\u201d (Hondarribia). (Zona Pa\u00eds Vasco-Navarra-Rioja)<\/li>\n<li>Jordi Roca. Restaurante \u201cEl Celler de Can Roca\u201d (Zona Catalu\u00f1a-Arag\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Ricardo Sanz. Restaurante \u201cKabuki\u201d (Zona Castilla Le\u00f3n-Madrid-Castilla La Mancha)<\/li>\n<li>Quique Dacosta. \u201cQuique Dacosta\u201d (Zona Comunidad Valenciana-Murcia-Baleares)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los aspirantes al <em>Chef Millesime <\/em>ser\u00e1n presentados en seis almuerzos\u00a0de ciudades diferentes, para que les conozcan y se puedan conocer y \u00a0degustar sus platos m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos. Todo esto suceder\u00e1 antes del almuerzo final, previsto para el pr\u00f3ximo 20 de mayo y que ser\u00e1 preparado\u00a0conjuntamente por los seis cocineros.
